After having worked together on several successful projects we decided to join forces by establishing a joint company focusing on supplying air distributors for retrofit on existing dryers as well as supplying air distributors for new spray dryers.

Simulation for world class spray dryer performance
The success of our air disperser designs is driven by the close collaboration between our simulation team and engineering team. All new air disperser designs are developed using our world leading Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) simulation setup for spray dryer performance evaluation. With this the effect of any change to air disperser is quantified with respect to influence on:
- Air distribution uniformity
- Temperature distribution
- Plant evaporation capacity
- Deposit build up
- Total dryer pressure drop
